Fractional CO2 Laser with M-SEQNC Serum | Multi-Action Cream | Eye Gel

Objectives:

• Identify the indications for Fractional CO2 Laser treatments to be enhanced by the use of M-SEQNC Serum and M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream.
• Avoidance of more aggressive treatment protocols and reduction of post procedural downtime with enhanced outcomes.
• Expedite and improve outcomes from the Laser procedure.

 

M-SEQNC Serum and M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream post procedure:

• The M-SEQNC Serum and M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream are used immediately post procedure to expedite recovery and improve outcomes.
• Once full skin recovery is observed, the use of the M-SEQNC Serum and M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream is continued with the use of a 0.5 mm Dermaroller to achieve optimal results.

 

Fractional CO2 Laser Indications include:

• Pigmentation issues. Noticeable reduction of pigmentation disorders, including sun related.
• Visible improvement in skin appearance with firmer, even toned complexion and more youthful outcome.
• Reduction of atrophic acne and traumatic scarring.
• Promotion of a more radiant and even toned skin.
• Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

 

Consultation:

• Review medical history and medication for exclusion criteria and leave appropriate time before the procedure, if change is required.
• Discuss procedure and obtain informed consent.

 

Preparation and Treatment:

• Cleanse skin
• Apply topical anaesthetic cream such as EMLA, with occlusion for 45 – 60 minutes.
• Remove occlusive dressing and cream.
• Cleanse skin.
• Perform fractional CO2 Laser treatment with 2-3 passes at the selected settings according to device and practitioners experience. Use appropriate skin cooling throughout the procedure,
• Treat each area fully in turn.
• Apply M-SEQNC Serum immediately after completion of each treated area.
• When the full face has been treated use the LED Mask to reduce erythema and heat.

 

Home Care:

• Continue applying M-SEQNC Serum twice daily followed by the M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream.
• When the skin has fully recovered, the M-SEQNC Serum is to be used twice daily on alternate days with the use of the 0.5mm dermaroller.
• The M-SEQNC Serum is sprayed onto the clean skin which is then stretched and the dermaroller is rolled over the serum with gentle pressure sufficient to produce erythema, but no pinpoint bleeding,
• Immediately after this application the M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream is applied.
• The M-SEQNC Multi-Action Cream is applied twice daily EVERY day irrespective of serum use.
• Home care is continued until the following laser treatment at 6 weeks.
